Escave Property Deals Ltd (Company No. 14710973) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. The business is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB525674.

When you send a deal or request the sample report: your name, email address, phone number if given, the property details you provide and any message. If you use the quick check calculator and then send your figures, those figures are stored with your enquiry.

If you become a client: identity documents and information needed for anti money laundering checks.

To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask for (contract and legitimate interests).

To meet legal obligations, including anti money laundering regulations (legal obligation).

I do not sell your data and I do not add you to marketing lists without your separate agreement.

Your data is held in secure hosted systems used to run the business, including a client management system. It is not shared with third parties except service providers who process it on my behalf, or where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 12 months. Client records, including identity checks, are kept for five years after the engagement ends, as anti money laundering rules require.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email the address below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
